Are the gemstones real?

Yes! Each crystal is hand selected. We value transparency, which is why you can even trace the origin of some stones with us.

How do I properly care for my pearls and gemstones?

Pearls: Clean only with a soft cloth, not with water or chemicals.

Gemstones: Wipe gently regularly, avoid direct sunlight.

Silver: Use a special polishing cloth if tarnish occurs.

Can I wear jewelry while sleeping or exercising?

Short wearing times are okay, but to avoid scratches or exposure to sweat, we recommend removing bracelets when exercising or swimming.

Can jewelry go into water?

We recommend removing jewelry when swimming, showering or exercising to protect the silver and stones.

How do I store my jewelry correctly?

Preferably in the original packaging or in a soft jewelry bag, separated from other jewelry to avoid scratches.

How do I know when pearls or crystals need cleaning?

Pearls lose their shine when they are greasy or dirty. Crystals appear more dull. Gentle cleaning with a soft cloth is usually sufficient.
