Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (Terms and Conditions) apply to all deliveries from Vireo GmbH (hereinafter Vireo) to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

3. Conclusion of contract

3.1. The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather only an invitation to order.

3.2. By clicking the [Buy now/order for a fee] button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.

4. Right of withdrawal

4.1. If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.

4.2. If you as a consumer exercise your right of withdrawal, you will have to bear the regular return shipping costs.

4.3. Excluded from the right of withdrawal are personalized and individually manufactured products, such as: B. custom-made products or specially compiled gemstone/pearl combinations.

Cancellation policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us Vireo GmbH, Outer Nürnberger Str. 62, 91301 Forchheim, service@vireoshop.de by means of a clear statement about your decision to cancel this contract.
Consequences of this Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must repay you all payments including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs that arise from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days.
You must return the goods to us immediately, at the latest within fourteen days of notification of the cancellation. You will bear the direct costs of the return.

5. Prices and shipping costs

5.1. The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components. The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract.

5.2. In addition to the prices stated, we charge a flat rate of €5.90 per order for delivery within Germany (orders over €100 are free of shipping costs). Cash on delivery fee: €5.50.

5.3. For deliveries to EU countries, shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, orders over €250 are free of charge.

6. Shipping and delivery

6.1. Shipping areas:
Delivery takes place within Germany, to all member states of the European Union (EU), to Great Britain (UK) and to Switzerland (CH). Different shipping costs and delivery times may apply for deliveries outside Germany, the EU, the UK or Switzerland.

6.2. Shipping costs:
- Germany: Orders under €100: €5.90, orders over €100: free shipping,
- For deliveries to other EU countries, the UK or Switzerland, country-specific shipping costs apply, which will be displayed to you in the ordering process. Free shipping for orders over €250

6.3. Delivery time:
- Within Germany, delivery usually takes place within 3 working days after receipt of payment.

-For deliveries to other EU countries, the delivery time is usually 5-10 working days.
-For deliveries to Great Britain, the delivery time is usually 7-14 working days, depending on the shipping service provider and possible customs clearance times.
-For deliveries to Switzerland, the delivery time is usually 7-14 working days, depending on the shipping service provider and customs formalities.
-We will indicate any different delivery times on the respective product page. 

6.4. Delivery and transfer of risk: Delivery takes place to the specified address; When the goods are handed over to the transport company, the risk is transferred to the customer.

6.5. Note on personalized products: Excluded from the right of withdrawal, check information carefully.

7. Payment

7.1. Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card, Klarna, bank transfer.
7.2. If you choose the advance payment method, we will deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is made.

9. Warranty for material defects

Vireo GmbH is liable for material defects in accordance with the statutory provisions, in particular §§ 434 ff BGB.

10. Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
