Returns & Exchanges
1. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers (i.e. natural persons who place the order for a purpose that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity) have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
2. Cancellation period
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.
3. Exercising the right of withdrawal
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Vireo GmbH, Outer Nürnberger Straße 62, 91301 Forchheim, Germany, service@vireoshop.de, by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To do this, you can use the sample cancellation form attached in the Terms and Conditions, although this is not mandatory.
4. Consequences of cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs if you have chosen a standard delivery other than the cheapest), immediately and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice. The repayment will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
5. Returning the goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, at the latest within 14 days of cancellation. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired. You will bear the direct costs of the return yourself.
6. Obligation to pay compensation
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to check the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
7. Exception for personalized/custom-made products
Excluded from the right of withdrawal are personalized, custom-made or engraved products. These products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
8. Exchange
An exchange of standard goods (non-personalized products) is possible within the cancellation period. Please contact us before returning so that we can coordinate the processing. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for the exchange, provided that no defective goods were delivered.
