Shipping policy

1 Delivery area

Delivery takes place within Germany, to all member states of the European Union (EU), to Great Britain (UK) and to Switzerland (CH). Different shipping costs and delivery times may apply for deliveries outside Germany, the EU, the UK or Switzerland.

2 Shipping costs

· For deliveries within Germany we charge a flat rate of €5.90 per order.

· For orders with a value of 100 € or more within Germany, the shipping fee is waived.

· For deliveries to other EU countries, the UK or Switzerland, country-specific shipping costs apply, which will be displayed to you in the ordering process.

· The flat shipping fee does not apply to orders with a value of goods over €250 to other EU countries.

3 Delivery time

· Within Germany, delivery usually takes place within 3 working days after receipt of payment.

· For deliveries to other EU countries, the delivery time is usually 5-10 working days.

· For deliveries to the UK, delivery time is usually 7-14 working days, depending on the shipping provider and any customs clearance times.

· For deliveries to Switzerland, the delivery time is usually 7-14 working days, depending on the shipping service provider and customs formalities.

· We will point out any different delivery times on the respective product page.

4 Shipping service providers
Delivery is carried out by shipping service providers commissioned by us (e.g. DHL, Hermes, DPD). It is generally not possible for the customer to select the shipping service provider.

5 Passing of risk
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping service provider.

6 Special information for orders

· Personalized or custom-made products are made specifically for you and are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

· For undeliverable shipments (e.g. due to incorrect address information) additional costs may apply for redelivery.

· For deliveries to the UK and Switzerland, there may be additional costs due to customs or import duties, which must be borne by the customer. We recommend that you find out about the applicable regulations in advance.

· Compliance with all customs and import regulations is the responsibility of the customer. Delays or additional costs due to customs clearance are beyond our control.

· Delivery to Great Britain and Switzerland may be subject to import sales tax and customs duties, which must be paid by the customer directly to the relevant authorities.
